5-12-14 and 5-19 - Lost the Car

Well this week lets just say it was crazy! i was at the temple on tuesday and then on sunday i talked to my mother and my whole family! holy moly! everybody seems to be getting sooo grown up! the solids we have for baptism this month is kathryn, victor, and joe joe! haha so i am doing pretty well! elder mcgovern is improving everyday and he will bne able to train next transfer! there are 2 weeks left in the transfer so we will see where i go to next! i am super excited but thats basically it for now!

Wow everybody better watch out now! holy moly i cant believe shme is driving! what the heck! you guys are doing work in the yard! this wek was kind of a bnummer week! we got our car takin away fro us and my first day on a bike it was 102 degrees! hot hot hot!!!!! haha and we only had 2 people at church lary and brother delgado. kathryn didnt come so she isnt going to be baptized unfortunatelY!my butt is finaly starting to get used to biking and not hurting me! haha but we will have 3 to 4 baptisms this month so we are pushing hard! transfers are coming up and we will find out what happens to me may 31! i love being a missionary!! i love all of you!

holy heck i leave and everybody almost dies!!!! haha well i am super glad dad is doing fine! i dont think a lot of members really actually know how powerful the priesthood really is! i went to the temple today, and it just makes me greatful for this gospel and for the [priesthood. i have really learned while on my mission to really apreciate the privilege i have of holding gods power! this week was pretty good! lary got home from long beach on sunday so he hasnt done the drink but we set another baptism date with a guy named joe joe! we also found 3 more investigators who are solid as solid. its a single mom and her 2 kids! she has a 12 yr old boy named bailey and a 9 yr old girl named katelyn! bailey is super athletic so i really get along with him! other than that this week has been a pretty normal week! oh cody hickerson got his call he is going to honduras in september! he is so funny i love him a lot! we had stake conferrence and elder sabin from the 70 came and spoke! i hoped you like my pictures haha

4-28-14 - Love the Tiwi

This week was a good week! we have been finding more and more people! the first half was pretty slow because we have had to do a lot of transfer things so we werent able to be missionaries! we finally got the stupid tiwi in our car so that stinks! but after all the transfer chaos we were able to teach people and find some new investigators sso currently we have 8 baptismal dates set! one night we were driving and it was rainging so hard we were probably going about 60 miles an hour and we hit this huge puddle and we almost just crashed into the grape vinyards haha it was really scary! we finally were able to teach kathryns husband and set a date with him! which is a big miracle! nothing much really happened this week it has been a semi slow week/

well it sounds like everybody is having fun over their in utah! this week has been a hectic week for me! i havent had a day where i could spend the whole time in my area! i have just been caught up in district leader stuff! we have been going up to the mountains quite a bit! it is really nice up there! elder mcgovern is doing really well! he is a super good singer. he sung in sacrament meeting the other day! he has sung in oprahs and stuff with michael balum! which is super cool! even tho i dont know who michael Ballum is! haha other than that! just same old same old! its been fun! love  Elder Lundberg

This week has been kind of a depressing slow week for me! except that i went on an exchange with elder gayan!!!! i love elder gayan soooo much! he is like my older brother i had never had! but transfer calls were on saturday night! and i am not being transferred or elder mcgovern but elder gayan is leaving! he got released as a zone leader to train a new missionary! i will finish training elder mcgovern for one more month and a half! i will miss elder gayan a lot! they are splitting us up again! dang it! but we have been trying to see kathryn this whole week because she needed to come to church yesterday to be baptized this upcoming saturday! but she didnt come dang it!  so that really stinks but here is a miracle when elder gayan and i were on exchange! so we were on a team up with one of our young men named cody hickerson he is about to go on his mission he graduated the same year i did! i love him soo much but he had this idea to go see sister grabfelder and so we did, turns out she wasnt there but two of her friends were there! and 18 and a 24 yr old boy friend girlfriend!  we started to talk to them and come to find out the 24 yr old man already had his answer about joseph smith and that he is a prophet! because i guess they have been taught before! so that was really amazing! they both have baptism dates fpr may 10! its cool to see the gods hand in my life as a missionary!! Here are some voice recordings from Cade - these are fun to listen to because we can hear a bit more of what he's doing.  He can't type that fast.  HA HA  Elder McGovern does some voice impersonations.  He is VERY good!  Definitely makes it fun for Cade!!!  :)
